Hi,

there are some steps involved. First of all you need a Oracle certified training center willing to invest in your training.
Your training basically consists of three steps:
1. Attend a course given by a approved trainer
2. Give the course you attented in step 1 to approx. 50% while a instructor watches
3. Give the course completely
